We all know that we need to be drinking plenty of fluids everyday, specifically water. While many find plain water to be refreshing, others need something a little more exciting to get in their daily hydration.
With spring time around the corner and summer on the horizon, we've put together a refreshing and nutrient-rich vitamin spritzer recipe that you can make all year long. It's free of alternative sweeteners and unnecessary ingredients and loaded with plenty of fresh fruits and natural sweetness. Not to mention, it's incredibly easy to make and something the entire family can enjoy!
In a large pitcher, combine:
- Water
- 16 oz. club soda (non-flavored or your favorite flavor)
- Watermelon
- Cucumber
- Lemon
- Lime
- Grapefruit
Add in a mint leaf or two for an even more refreshing taste.
Chill or serve over ice and enjoy!
